Anyone can join the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) and Tax Counseling for the Elderly (TCE) programs.

As a volunteer, you’ll be:

• Assigned to work with a sponsoring organization
• Trained and assigned to a tax assistance site in your area

Tax assistance sites generally:

• Open on nights and weekends
• Have flexible hours
