Purpose of bulletin
Notify staff that 97 proposed dissolution notices dated January 7, 2021 were sent to certain nonprofit corporations.
Background
Nonprofit corporations that are FTB suspended for 48 consecutive months will be administratively dissolved unless they object in writing within 60 days of the notice date.
These notices are mailed to the last known mailing address. The list of corporations are posted to the Secretary of State website.
