Court-ordered debt collections COD
Overview
If you owe money to a California court and don’t pay, it becomes court-ordered debt. Courts may send us your debt for collection. We may collect money from your paycheck6 or bank account7 to satisfy your debt.
Common court-ordered debts include unpaid traffic tickets, victim compensation, probation, and other court fees.
