ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE MANAGEMENT DIVISION PROVISIONAL PAYMENT PLAN PILOT PROGRAM

PURPOSE OF BULLETIN

To inform staff beginning December 7, 2009, the Accounts Receivable Management Division will implement a pilot project to allow taxpayers to set a provisional payment plan while valid personal income tax returns are being prepared.

I/A POLICY

Taxpayers must file all required and valid personal income tax returns before entering into an installment agreement.

PILOT POLICY

Taxpayers can now enter into a provisional payment plan, while the required and valid personal income tax returns are being prepared.
