The public may view the meeting at Franchise Tax Board’s Internet web site and may participate by telephone at: 844-291-6362, access code: 2666643. Instructions for viewing and participating in the meeting can be found in the copy of the agenda.

A copy of the agenda is also enclosed.

If you would like to submit written materials pertaining to an agenda item for distribution to Board members in advance of the meeting, please submit the materials to the address below no later than twelve o'clock noon (12:00 p.m.) on Friday, March 18, 2022 to allow staff adequate time to post the materials on the Internet and distribute them to interested persons who have requested notice of Board meetings.
