First-time volunteers - Complete the application to volunteer for either or both of the following

  • Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) and Tax Counseling for the Elderly (TCE)
  • Homeowners and Renters Assistance (HRA)

Returning volunteers - Complete the HRA or VITA/TCE volunteer information form.

Note: Volunteer assistance requires a minimum time commitment of 40 hours between 2/1 and 4/15 for HRA.
